Big Bubbas Bad BBQ (Atascadero)

Big Bubba's Bad BBQ is the leading force behind a foodconcession company named West Coast Concessions. WestCoast Concessions was first developed in 1984 to operate at fairsand festivals on the west coast. It was 1996 that Roger Sharp had a vision of creating a concession stand that would not only serve delicious BBQ but would include lots of smoke, country music and meat on the grill!!! Since 1996 Big Bubba's Bad BBQ has become the leadingBBQ concession in the nation, with events spreading from coast tocoast. Bubba's is currently attending some of the country's largestState Fairs, Nascar Races, and Livestock Shows, all of which has enabled Bubba's to master the art of serving large crowds in ashort time frame!!! As the result and success of Big Bubba's mobile operation, Rogerdecided to open a permanent location in his hometown of Paso Robles, California. The restaurant was opened in March of 2002.
